Our Philosophy

TWKC is a functional fitness program incorporating push, pull, squat, carry, and running mechanics. TWKC is built on the mental and physical philosophy of unity, teamwork, pushing ourselves out of our comfort zone, healthy living, and healing.

Functional fitness relates directly to how each and every person should strive to live. These challenges are meant for everyone!

Our Community

In 2020, the world stopped in its tracks.

We sprinted off the line.

Four kindred spirits recognized the positive impact physical activity has on mental health and overall disposition. Others recognized this as well. What began as four friends swelled into a community. What was once a community leveled up to a fit family. If our table ever appears to be too full, we will simply build a bigger table.
